Effective September 2024, SPMN Board meetings will be via Zoom  on the Sunday immediately preceding the monthly chapter meetings (which are on the third Tuesday of each month) from 6:30-7:30 p.m.  These meetings are open to all members. Please email southside.naturalists@gmail.com for the Zoom link a day or two beforehand.

The new format gives the Board more time to discuss issues and to plan. Standing agenda is attached. Any member who wishes to raise topics or issues to the Board may send them in advance to southside.naturalists@gmail.com or may Zoom in and raise the issue during the "new business" part of the agenda.
